I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Cambridge Stem Cell Institute, University of Cambridge, supervised by Sarah A. Teichmann. Before that, I was a research assistant at the National University of Singapore (NUS), and received PhD in Computer Science from the Australian National University (ANU) under the supervision of Yu Lin, Vaibhav Rajan, and Lexing Xie. I also spent time at Fudan, NUS, BioMap, and Alibaba Group during my PhD studies.
My research interests span Machine Learning and Bioinformatics, focusing on representation learning on graphs, combinatorial optimization, and their practical applications in computational genomics, single-molecule proteomics, and healthcare.
